CEO/Founder | Lead Video Editor
As a network television producer and founder of Dynasty Video Productions, Lisa has worked for over 20 years producing programs, commercials, and national television show segments on big-name networks, such as E! Entertainment Television, A&E Biography and America’s Most Wanted.
Her positive nature and strong work ethic enable her to build close relationships with both clients and friends. As an editor, she has the ability to combine many elements together to produce one seamless program. She has won many awards for her editing talents and is frequently a speaker, presenter, and mentor to other video professionals.
You can find Lisa on set with a clipboard in hand, directing the next shots and ensuring her client gets more than they dreamed of.

Rick Randall
Project Manager | Director of Photography
Known for his approachable and easy-going personality, Rick brings 20 years of camera operating experience to every production set. He worked first as a sound tech on the national news level and later as a cameraman on many national shows, reality tv, and most recently on shows such as Destination Fear, Discovery Channel, and NBA Sports Championship Series, Rick has been busy on the road across the country and locally in Northern California.
Known as a lighting cameraman, Rick can take any location and quickly turn it into whatever is required by the producers. Working with grip trucks loaded with tungsten, Kino, and HMI lights, Rick can get the job done quickly and with a professional look.
Rick is usually seen sharing his creative ideas with other crew members and is always ready to perform at the highest production level.
Jameson Randall
Camera Operator | Production Sound Mixer
Recognized for his versatile creative technique as a sound mixer, a camera operator, and a licensed drone pilot, Jameson knows how to capture the beauty within the chaos. He has worked on countless reality television shows and documentaries, including The X Factor, House Hunters, Wife Swap, Inside Edition, and Destination Fear.
His experience and top-of-the-line equipment make him an extremely valuable asset to any set or project. As both a professional Editor and Sound Mixer, he personally understands the struggles of the post-production workflow and goes above and beyond to ensure the sound quality coming from the set sounds immaculate and free from any problematic background noise.
You may see him rolling by on his Segway Ninebot filming with a stabilizer or helping others on set get the shot the client deserves.
Christian Meyers
Director of Photography
Christian has earned his spot among the most sought after DP’s in the industry. He has established a sterling reputation over the past 25 years with a client-first mentality. His many loyal and longtime clients also refer to Christian as an expert creative collaborator, a gifted visual story-teller, and talented director.
Christian’s easy-natured professionalism and steady hand has been of integral assistance in countless productions around the world including the sometimes difficult and even dangerous film shoot situations.
Equally adept and practiced at old style film as well as the most recent innovations in digital cinematography and videography, Christian can be counted on to deliver beautiful imagery, powerful action sequences, and even fully realized staged productions on a grand scale. His extensive connections in the industry with the best specialists and suppliers make any request rapidly possible no matter how short the notice.

Working mostly remote, Trinity spends her work days inside her home office with her three rescued Korean Jindos by her side.
